Maintenance for heavy-asset operations
Every machine gets a tag.Every fault finds its history.
ForOps turns a QR sticker on a machine into a work order with the asset's whole repair history attached — reported by anyone on the floor, dispatched from one board, finished on a phone that works without signal.
No card. Unlimited sites and assets. Cancel whenever.

The loop, end to end
Most maintenance software fails at the first step: the person who finds the fault is not the person with a login. ForOps starts there.
Put a tag on the machine
Print QR labels for your whole register on ordinary Avery stock. Every tag carries the asset, where it lives and a code anyone can scan.
Anyone can report a fault
An operator points their phone at the tag — no app, no account, no login. They add a photo and it becomes a work request against the right machine.
It lands on the board with its history
The dispatcher assigns it; the technician gets a checklist, the safety gate and every past repair on that asset. Sign-off closes the loop.
Built for the floor, not the office chair
A technician opens one screen and sees one work order with one button. Checklists run in order, the safety gate holds sign-off until the verification photo exists, and dictation fills any field with gloves on.
It all keeps working with no signal. Work done in a basement or a metal building is queued on the phone and replayed the moment it reconnects — nobody writes the work order up twice.
- Installs from the browser — no app store
- Photos, video and voice notes on any work order
- Scan a tag to jump straight to the machine

What you get
An asset register that holds a machine
Sites, areas, and machines with their sub-components. Manuals, nameplate photos and field photos on the asset itself, plus rolled-up lifecycle cost from every work order and part.
Maintenance that happens without being remembered
Recurring PM schedules and inspection templates raise their own work orders. A failed inspection step raises a corrective work order automatically, linked to the failure that caused it.
Predicted work before the breakdown
Rules on corrective-repair thresholds and component lifespan surface the machines about to cost you a shift, so they get planned instead of firefought.
Downtime you can actually defend
Separate ledgers for equipment downtime and whole-site stoppages, with MTTR and PM compliance tracked against target.
The audit trail an inspector asks for
Every work order and inspection exportable to CSV or PDF for any date range and site, with digital sign-off and a full audit log behind it.
Access that matches how you are organised
Admins, facility managers pinned to one site, technicians who only see their own work — plus custom roles scoped to the sites a person actually runs.
Pricing
One plan with everything in it. Scheduled maintenance, inspections, reporting and role-scoped access are what most vendors keep for their top tier — here they are the only tier. You pay for the technicians who do the work, and everyone who only reports faults is free, forever, however many of them there are.
Like tax brackets: seats 11–25 are $32, 26–50 are $27, every seat from 51 on is $22 — so adding a person never lowers the bill. Two-seat minimum, about 15% off if you pay yearly. Requesters, who only report problems and follow their own, are free.

Enterprise
Same product — every feature above is in both. This is for the paperwork a larger operator needs before they can buy anything.
- Annual invoicing and purchase orders
- Security review and a signed data processing agreement

- A named contact for your team
Common questions
- Do the people reporting faults need accounts?
- No. Scanning a tag opens a request form in the phone’s browser — no app and no login. You only pay for technicians who do the work.
- What happens where there is no signal?
- The technician app queues everything you do — checklists, photos, sign-offs — and replays it when the phone finds signal again. Metal buildings and basements were the point.
- We already have a spreadsheet of our equipment.
- Import it. Map your own column names, see exactly what will be created and which rows have problems, then bring it in — sites and areas included. Print the tags on the same day.
- Can we try it with real data first?
- Yes — 30 days, no card. Import your register, tag a line, run a week of work through it, and decide.
